Annotation interface fixes

Resolves issue #4 (closed):

  1. Changed text on button
  2. Added a check, such that if no action is selected, no action is recorded.
  3. 'Restart' function was missing an argument, added argument
  4. Commented out code for swap button

Also resolves issue #5 (closed):

  1. Added display for current frame
  2. Added display for labels
