Minor annotation interface bugs

  1. 'Start of action' button should say 'start of event'

  2. When 'end action' button is pressed without selecting an action, it records a 180 degree rotation -check to see if an action is selected, and if not, ignore event

  3. 'Annotate new video' button doesn't work and should be fixed

  4. 'swap' button doesn't work and should be removed
