Refactor data pipeline

• Major refactor to resolve issue #11 (closed)
• Some minor changes to stats/plotting functionality
• Bugfixes for annotationEquivalent (issue #19 (closed))
• compute_stats.py now reads all label files for a given video and checks if annotations agree
