IO for RGB and depth video frames

  • Added 'dummy' feature extractor that returns 0 for all samples
  • inferstate uses iPython's exception handler if it's executed in iPython
  • inferstate can be configured to only use a subset of all samples
  • label extraction functions output labels sampled at 30 Hz (to match RGB frame rate)
  • implemented frame sampling and visualization for RGB, depth video frames
