Reorganize data

Jonathan Jones requested to merge reorganize-data into master

Modifications to duplocorpus.py and graphical user interfaces. Data directory is restructured to allow better organization for different types of experiments (i.e. software testing, adult or child experiments, experiments with new stimuli).

(Also a few misc. bugfixes)
