.svg files in output from compute_stats not able to be saved / transferred to other computers?

The compute_stats generated .svg files only seem to be able to be opened on the computer that actually ran the script (perhaps because the .svg links to an image that was rendered during the processing of the script?). When I upload the images to box or email, the file is unable to be opened on other machines.

This becomes a problem for archiving our data.

It is possible to individually load the .svg files for each image, and save the files as PDFs, but this is not really a desirable solution for the long term. Is there an easier solution available?
