Issue with data annotation platform

Lauren was annotating some data today and she ran into a few issues. First, she said the platform displayed an error (something like 'has encountered a problem and closed') and shut down without warning. Second, she said there were a few instances where video wouldn't display in the annotation platform, for a participant who did not have any issues with the camera (video should be there). Third, and most worrying to me, when I went to check in on the issues she was reporting, we tried to open up the annotations for one of the problematic videos under my name instead of hers, it displayed a whole set of coded data there (which I had not created). It was definitely for the wrong task, just based on the connections that were coded there. Also, when I went to check on the files in the labels folder on the server, the program had saved these erroneous labels files as if they were coded by me this afternoon. I'm not sure what is going on, but I told her to hold off and not do any more coding for this afternoon.
